Septième collaborates with Da Hao Design for the exhibition “YELLOW GRASS WEAVING” from August 13th to 31st, 2022. The Yellow Grass Weaving project is inspired by the yellow grass of Jiangnan (Southeast China), incorporating traditional weaving techniques with contemporary aesthetics, where time-tested craftsmanship is enhanced by the tolerance of natural irregularities to lend more purity and inviting beauty to the yellow grass. The exhibition helped Da Hao Design to showcase the materials, weaving techniques, designs, as well as the philosophy behind them, staging an enriched display of the Yellow Grass Weaving project that had been going on for more than three years.
SEPTIÈME与大好设计工作室于2022年8月13日至8月31日在空间合作展览── ⻩草编 YELLOW GRASS WEAVING。⻩草编项目取材于江南的⻩草，结合传统的编织技艺，将现代设计与审美融入其中，从传统工巧转向自然灵动，将⻩草本身纯粹、柔韧的美感呈现于产品之中。通过本次展览，大好设计工作室展示⻩草材料本身的美感，编织方式，设计作品，以及设计思路的信息梳理，对耗时三年多的⻩草编项目进行第一次完整且全面的呈现。
